Patrick has extensive experience corporate, commercial practice and overseas
investment. He is responsible for Henty Stamfords’s overseas client base in Asia, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, ranging from governmental organisations to private investors, all with extensive commercial interests in Australia.
Patrick has also been appointed as a lawyer to a number of bank panels, including Citibank and the United Overseas Bank. He is also an associate member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants further complementing his ability to provide overseas clients with advice and solutions in commercial law and investment matters.
Prior to merging with Henty Jepson & Kelly, Stamfords Lawyers was also selected by the Law Institute of Victoria as part of its inaugural official delegation of lawyers to Shanghai and Beijing, China in 2006 and 2007 because of Stamfords's experience and expertise in the Asia-Pacific region. That delegation was made with the official support of and in conjunction with the Victorian State Government.
