  • Staff wellbeing is a priority: We provide options for flexible leave arrangements and encouragement to pursue fitness and health programs
Career and Professional Development

The Firm engages in a program to develop in its people the appropriate skills, experience and knowledge to meet existing and future challenges both at a firm and individual level. Courses in Information Technology, communication & management for example, client relation management, project management, interviewing, negotiation, advocacy and mediation.

Professional staff also actively participate in our regular lunchtime seminars and workshops designed to meet the Continuing Professional Development 10 point requirement.

Reward Policy
Henty Stamfords is critically aware that its people are its major source of value, innovation and competitive advantage. Everyone is thought of and treated as an individual with the aim of building everyone's skills, competencies and esteem. We reward staff through a balanced and managed reward system.

A fixed remuneration (annual gross salary plus superannuation) with a bonus incentive scheme is part of this reward system. The bonus incentive scheme comes into effect upon the achievement of financial budgets and applies to professional staff remuneration packages. The scheme is reviewed each year as per specific arrangements.
